The Vice President and General Counsel will report to the Chief Executive Officer and provide a broad range of legal services and advice to the company. This position will focus on leading and executing legal activities, processes, and resources related to corporate transactions and contracting efforts. The Vice President and General Counsel must be able to provide excellent counsel to, and work closely with, senior executives and internal business clients within the Executive Team, Sales, Business Units, Finance, Supply Chain, and Purchasing, as well as with external clients.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
