The Regional Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Manager is accountable for executing against New CH's employer value proposition (EVP), employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy across the Region. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Tailor and execute against global strategy across region to ensure New CH attract the best external talent and strengthen our employer value proposition including key messages and communications, in partnership with New CH business leaders, HR business leaders and the global recruitment team, including third party RPO partners Input into and work to continually improve global recruitment marketing strategy based on data and metrics from Region - what are the key challenges, and how are we progressing against the strategy. Accountable for measurement & evaluation of all employer brand and recruitment marketing activity within Region Delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns through appropriate channels including gsk.careers pages, LinkedIn and all relevant social media channels for priority markets/functions in alignment with business or functional strategy to attract 'best in class' talent Coach, influence and engage line managers and HR on management of Employer Brand and EVP Accountable for measurement and evaluation of employer brand and recruitment marketing activity within Region through robust data & analytics, performance metrics, and benchmarks & insights, in close partnership with Resourcing Business Partner and TA team Input into recruitment dashboards on items including return on investment one employer branding and marketing initiatives Work collaboratively across the business, Talent Acquisition team and with the Talent CoE to target individuals for specific talent programs Conduct labor market assessment to gauge employer of choice and share insights across HR and the business Own and maintain any employer branding and EVP content deployed within Region LI-GSK Why you? Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree 3
years' experience as Human Resource Manager or experience in an Operations type role (consult manager on operations type role) Preferred
Qualifications:

High level of expertise in standard MS Office Software (excel, word, PowerPoint). Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
