As a Talent Acquisition Director, you can look forward to:
Coaching and brokering with executive leadership to translate business need into criteria that allows for successful prospect identification while exploring new or innovative channels to cultivate candidates Building a strong brand and value proposition to attract top talent including a clear and compelling articulation of business strategy, solutions, culture and core value system Managing a diverse and dedicated group of recruiters that will look to you for guidance and leadership Conducting full-cycle recruitment, including the development of talented and diverse candidate pipelines, coordinating and conducting resume screens, phone and in-person interviews, and expertly managing all stages of candidate experience across levels and functional areas Identifying ongoing recruitment resources including internal and external partners and provide direct sourcing activity within budget guidelines Analyzing data and metrics to inform decisions around talent strategy Managing competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible Using your project management skills Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

years full lifecycle recruiting background with demonstrable experience leading and developing talent acquisition teams Experience recruiting in Technology or Financial Services required Experience interacting with senior level business executives Experience with process improvement tools, SLA's and recruiting metrics Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system Experience in all components of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, behavioral assessment, vendor management, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence. Experience managing retained and contingent external search firms Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
