The Enterprise Growth Marketing Team is responsible for supporting Samsara's Enterprise business by sourcing pipeline and providing data & insights to sales leaders. We work closely with our sales team, providing tactical marketing support to unlock new opportunities in our largest accounts. The Enterprise Growth Marketing Team owns and executes best in class Account Based Marketing programs while serving as a center of excellence for enterprise marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for the data and tools strategy for Samsara's Enterprise business. You will be working closely with the marketing analytics team to build and execute on roadmaps for account engagement digests, intent data models, account penetration metrics, and more. You'll have a direct impact on one of the company's fastest growing segments and have the opportunity to work closely with sales leadership. In this role, you will:
Build the roadmap for an account engagement digest and partner with the marketing analytics team to execute on it Fine-tune how the business uses intent data to drive campaign performance Up-level account penetration tracking, and communicate insights and updates to sales leaders Derive multi-quarter cascading goals in alignment with the broader company's bookings targets Develop brand awareness via display ads and other demand generation tactics Serve as a trusted partner to sales leadership, providing insights on account penetration and campaign performance Identify the most effective ABM touch points for deal progression Support Enterprise account tiering to align on a shared view of priority accounts Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Minimum requirements for the role:

years of direct experience with SQL, python, and/or other data analysis tools Experience with conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing B2B paid, content, and lifecycle marketing campaigns Excel/google sheets skills including pivots and vlookups Experience using quantitative analysis to frame and answer questions A high-energy, creative, and data-driven self-starter who demonstrates outstanding leadership skills, business ownership, and personal accountability Excellent communication skills. Ability to succinctly communicate results and tell compelling stories Growth Mindset -- Excited to learn new skills, embrace giving/receiving feedback, and work with a variety of people An ideal candidate also has:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network Administration, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
