Working as part of the Talent Development team, this role will support the execution of Everest's Talent Development strategy by partnering closely with the Human Resources' Business Partners and various business areas. The successful candidate will have reinsurance or commercial insurance underwriting experience. Having experience as a Talent Development or Human Resources professional with proven accomplishments in developing, managing, and facilitating talent and learning programs is a bonus. This position requires an individual who has the maturity in judgment, energy, and the discipline to drive strategic programs in Everest's fast paced environment. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Talent Development, Human Resources. This position is in Warren, NJ and may require up to 25-30% travel to Everest locations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Bermuda or Singapore. This position is eligible for up to two days per week remote. Eligibility is determined by responsibilities, department workload and personal performance. Talent Development Focus Assists in the development and execution of Talent Development strategy and vision across the organization. Aligns to key business areas and works closely with senior and executive leadership. Identifies skill or knowledge gaps among the employee population and recommends or develops training content in response. Develops and delivers large-scale employee training programs. Assesses the impact of programs by measuring employee understanding of the subject matter. Performs work independently and with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues. May provide coaching, mentoring and performance consulting. May act as lead on special projects. Instructional Focus Collaborate with key business partners to provide learning & development expertise and co-create solutions at all levels within the organization to align training priorities. Develop and deliver engaging programs utilizing adult learning principles and ensure transfer of learning through effective instructional design methods. Provide Individual and Group Coaching. Facilitate classroom instruction both live and virtual. Help drive and shape L&D initiatives aimed at individual contributors, managers and leaders Lead multiple projects as needed Adjust and grow with L&D and OD initiatives Requirements Experience in managing medium to large scale Talent Development projects:
5-10 years Working with Executives:

years Experience in Reinsurance or Insurance P&C underwriting is strongly preferred. Experience as a Talent Development or HR Business Partner is not required but is a bonus. Strong knowledge of and experience with performance and talent development. Experience shaping initiatives and driving strategy. Exceptional communication, facilitation, organizational and coordination skills. High level of professionalism, executive presence and credibility; able to effectively challenge and influence peers and customers. Project Management experience is not required but is a bonus. Self-motivated, positive and agile attitude. Experience with classroom and webinar facilitation including WebEx and Teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 - Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & Training, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
