To support this, we are currently looking for an analytical minded individual with a passion for learning new technologies and developing data solutions. The Azure SQL Developer is a junior role which will work as part of a team to develop processes which load Insurance/Reinsurance data from various sources into cloud data solutions to support business reporting needs.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team to design and develop processes for ingesting data from multiple sources into data repositories using cloud technologies. (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL) Analyze business requirements and transform data to meet business needs. Write SQL queries and stored procedures to support the extraction of data for business reporting needs. Make improvements to existing data processes to automate and enhance data quality. Redesign existing on-premise data processes using cloud technologies.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of SQL experience (Microsoft SQL preferred) Experience with data related cloud services in Azure Some understanding of database design and data warehousing concepts Some experience with business reporting (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, etc) Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Experience with Big Data or Snowflake is a plus. Experience with DevOps is a plus. Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
