We take pride in being known in the industry as nimble, entrepreneurial and responsive. Although we are currently in the North American market, we see great opportunity to expand our markets. To support this, we are currently looking for a dynamic institutional sales executive, leading the growth in Mt. Logan Re's global institutional investor base across all distribution channels. The ideal candidate would have strong experience in the distribution of alternative investment products across global developed markets on a direct basis, as well as via the consultant, asset management, wealth management and advisory firm channels. Great product and services knowledge, brand development and stakeholder relationship management skills enabling delivery of strategic growth objectives. Responsibilities Facilitate the growth of the Mt Logan's global investor base, working in conjunction with our access fund platform partner and third-party marketer relationships Identify opportunities within our distribution channels and partnerships, and develop and implement executable strategies around them Manage our third-party marketer relationships and internal sales team Develop new relationships within the client base of our advisory channels, and distribution / investor relationships within the asset and wealth management channels Work proactively to conceptualize initiatives to meet our distribution partner needs and those of their clients Understands the company strategy and considers how external circumstances impact on strategic direction, and anticipates potential market or client opportunities Requirements Undergraduate degree Approximately 15
years industry experience Strong understanding of the advisory-based distribution channels Strong network of key consultant contacts Knowledge of the Insurance-Linked Securities space CFA or similar industry qualification Credible speaking, business development, relationship building, and collaboration skills.
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Banking, Loans & InsuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
