Delivery of Security, Investigations and Resilience leadership and advice across the assigned region to protect GSK Consumer Health people, property and products, including conducting and/or supervising complex, sensitive and high-risk investigations to protect the assets and interests of the company and support for crisis management planning. This role will be required to implement an integrated security and investigations service for GSK CH. It will actively participate in the governance of the security and investigation activities and therefore need to develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and to maintain an active and engaged Security Champions network. The role holder will implement preventative (e.g. audits/surveys, advice, training) and reactive (e.g. incident and crisis response, security investigations) measures to fulfil their responsibilities for regional security and resilience. Protect all GSK CH assets in the region (people, property, products and reputation) through the provision of an integrated Security & Investigations service. Execution of the Security, Investigations and Resilience strategies for the region, in partnership with other stakeholder functions such as HR, Tech, Compliance and Legal. Coordinate security policy, practice and procedures delivering a high-quality service across the region. Mentor and support local security champions. Establish and maintain liaison with national, regional and international intelligence, police, security and other law enforcement agencies. Undertake security surveys/audits for GSK CH sites, including BCP/CCM planning and training, and provide a 24/7 security response service for the region. Provide executive protection support for senior management, as required. Manage and conduct objective and impartial investigations in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures, and guidance. Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality, and ensure investigations are completed in a thorough and timely manner Prioritize multiple investigations, investigative tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining positive collaborative relations with various stakeholders Identify regional trends, emerging risks, and insights regarding harassment, discrimination, internal fraud, ABAC, and promotional practices investigations Assist with BCP / CCM planning and training within the Region and support the local leadership response to business disruptions and crisis situations Support the GSK CH product security and anti-counterfeiting programme as required and in partnership with the Intellectual Property function. Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree and/or experience in a law enforcement, military, intelligence or Corporate Security and Investigations environment 10
years of experience leading and managing security at a multinational level; 10
years of experience conducting and managing investigations and teams, and related processes; 5
years of experience in security Preferred
Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Security qualifications (e.g. CPP, PSP, CSMP) and degree plus postgraduate/ professional qualification and/or experience in a law enforcement, military, intelligence or Corporate Security environment Experience in performing security audits Expert knowledge of physical security principles and systems Expert knowledge of business resilience topics Experience in performing investigations and/or audits under the direction of internal and/or external legal counsel Understanding of fraud, other forms of misconduct, plus broad grasp of regulations applicable to the healthcare industry Experience leading and managing teams (both directly and through influence) to conduct timely investigations, with a proven record of team building across functions Decision-making and project management skills Effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation, and in particular to engage with Senior Leaders on highly complex and sensitive matters Must be highly and effectively organized Must be flexible, self-starter, team oriented, and capable of multi-tasking Use business acumen and insights to effectively manage investigations in the company matrix organization including across multiple sets of stakeholders Ability to interpret and conceptualize rules, guidelines, policies, procedures and controls Sound and independent judgement in complex and sensitive cases Proficient in English, Spanish preferred Critical and strategic thinker Experience in the Consumer Healthcare or FMCG Industry is an advantage Experience of working in multiple jurisdiction will be an advantage Experience working in a multinational/multicultural environment is desirable Demonstrated ability to manage crisis situations Proficiency in working on case management systems and e-discovery platforms Experience in fraud risk management will be an advantage.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
