Job Details Description What does a great Director of Product Strategy do? The Directory of Product Strategy will partner with the technology lead(s) for Wells Fargo to ensure our product delivery plan aligns with the strategy at Wells Wealth. This role will lead the assessment of new capabilities and oversee the implementation to ensure we are delivering on the most impactful features for our client that will drive growth for InvestCloud in the near and long term. In additional, you can look forward to leading the identification, assessment and manifestation of new capabilities, functionality, and services within the broader InvestCloud product suite. This is a strategic and vital role to help our clients maximize the value delivered to their customers. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Business Solutions Strategy and Technology Leadership to assess the current health of large programs being implemented for our strategic clients. You will be working with the program managers to develop high quality executive presentations for your internal and external clients. Candidates who thrive in this role are dynamic leaders who are comfortable collaborating with a diverse array of customers and internal associates ranging from senior executives to day-to-day users. The role will help establish and deliver a standardized product program updates and opportunities for expanding our footprint at the client. To be successful in the role, the Director of Product Strategy should possess a strong blend of business and technical savvy, big-picture vision, and the innate ability to work across teams to build a the most impactful solutions for our clients, with the least amount of expense. Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor of Science degree in the information systems or related field. 10
years of progressive experience within the Financial Services Industry (Broker/Dealer, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Wealth Management) Experience collaborating with client senior executives and building relationships at that level Knowledge of industry pain points in the front, middle and back office with experience on how to address them to elevate efficiencies and overall user satisfaction. Experience leading organizational assessments and health checks that capture current state challenges and inefficiencies at prospect site. Possesses consultative selling skills that include strong collaborative and relationship building prowess Comfortable hosting and leading client engagements and meetings (virtually or in person) Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Business Administration, Economics, or Computer Science degree is preferred but not mandatory. Masters Degree or a relevant professional designation (MBA, CFP, CFA, CAIA) is a plus. 10
years of progressive experience within the Financial Services Industry (Broker/Dealer, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Wealth Management) Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills as well as a heightened attention to detail Technical and financial product management experience is essential (experience with Rep-as-PM, SMA/UMA, mutual fund advisory, etc.) Deep understanding of securities fundamentals (equities, fixed income, structured products, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines, while maintaining a consistently high level of quality on all deliverables and assignments.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
