Position Consumer Health (CH) and client brands as industry leaders to build trust and drive consumer loyalty. Work with our marketing teams to plan, implement and manage impactful earned media campaigns at both the brand and above-brand level. Manage agency support and deliver campaigns on-time and within approved budget. Measure and provide reports on each campaign Create content for press releases, FAQs, pitch letters, byline articles and keynote presentations. Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits. Partner with Trade Communications teams on editorial calendar and content. Check and manage content produced for website and social media channels Ensure all materials are compliant with company and brand guidelines Maintain an understanding of industry trends affecting our brands and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategies. Determine KPIs and monitor, analyze and communicate results on a quarterly basis Identify and manage local issues which may have an impact on CH's reputation, developing proactive and reactive messaging to mitigate potential issues. Provide strategic counsel to marketing teams on social issues with potential to negatively impact the reputation of our brands. Implement social issue plan in the US as needed. Manage and build relationships with key local media. Implement approved US giving strategy for US-based partnerships Job Requirements Qualifications/Requirements:

years corporate and or brand communications experience Passionate storyteller with in-depth, demonstrated expertise of the media landscape, able to proactively identify and tell unique narratives that support communications objectives Experience in issues management and crisis communications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines Excellent writing skills Social media savvy Strong expertise, experience and confidence to plan, counsel on and deliver communications to manage or mitigate issues and their associated reputational impact. Strong strategic thinking, execution and overall business acumen. Must demonstrate sound judgment and be able to deal with ambiguity and handle sensitive situations. Preferred

Ability to operate calmly and effectively under pressure. Experience developing creative, effective approaches to difficult communications challenges Experience working in a global matrixed organization, across cultures and teams of geographically dispersed people with strong ability to priorities Highly collaborative and able to build trust with internal partners across different departments across the company. Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, ability to influence people and work with top management. Strong capability in managing changing business environment and ambiguity.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
