Senior Project Manager
Manage all aspects of projects including all technical and administrative activities on medium size ($10 to 80 MM USD) Hydrogen Generation plants (Steam Methane Reformers) and assist with proposal preparation including estimates and working with EPC firms. Manage project activities, including:
coordination of basic and detailed engineering and design, development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets, prepare monthly status reports, provide oversight of construction and commissioning activities, coordinate Operator training and ensure technical and administrative closeout of all project issues. Support Heads of Project Development and Execution with inputs requested for HyCO Plant Product Development and participate in the establishment and management of EPC alliances. Lead project assessment efforts to determine scope, execution strategies, budgets and schedules on proposals for projects. Develop project estimates including capital costs & budgets for plant revamps and new opportunities as applicable. Support Business & Market Development Unit to develop opportunities. Support Project Development with inputs for investment cases and contracts. Support the development of all technical expertise required for troubleshooting/fixing issues and hardware optimization of existing and future plants. Manage the interface (technical and commercial) of any external consultants and EPC Contractors used on Proposals and Projects. Manage external input on specialized technical matters to support troubleshooting of plant issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years- experience in process related industries and project execution. Prior experience as a team leader. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Graduate Degree and/or Professional Engineers license is preferred. Experience with Industrial Gases or petrochemical projects and large HyCO is a strong plus. Salary Range:
$150K -- $170K
$15K bonus
