As the Sales Operations Manager, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be identifying, defining, implementing and embedding both sales operation and technical processes that promote best practice both within CRM and within our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You will work to help scale and improve efficiencies via processes and technology, supporting the marketing team by providing real time insights through data analysis. You will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team helping 360 align their goals through data. Stand out and stay on track:
You will collaborate closely with Sales to operationalize and implement strategic objectives. You will work cross-functionally to understand and deliver on the operational needs and best practices of the sales and go-to-market teams. Document business processes and identify and drive opportunities for improvement. Manage operational activities on a day-to-day basis and serve as a central point of contact to ensure optimal prioritization and coordination with supporting teams. Provide reporting, analytics, and insights of the team's activities to the company. Manage the quality and accuracy of data within the full pipeline lifecycle. Data Integrity - Ensure the data created and used by the teams is collected in an accurate, efficient way to promote data hygiene within our key systems. Train, develop and manage the teams in their use of systems, reporting and processes. Manage change as it relates to the sales organization, objectives and tools. Work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead routing is working properly. Participate in Company initiatives that support the sales efforts as required. Manage the Deal Desk Team. What will make you a success? You've got this! Minimum of 5 years work experience. Experience with Salesforce. Process-driven with a strong desire to champion best practice. Excellent data analysis, reporting and presentation skills with a logical and considered approach. Change management skills (project scope, delivery and progress monitoring until project is embedded). Actively seeks opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in all areas. Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and directed, with attention to detail and good time management. Why 360? Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
