Responsibilities:
Reports to Director of Architecture Work as part of collaborative integrated A/E teams.
Develop architectural design documentation from Basis of Design through Construction Docs.
Assess the requirements of a project, break a project into tasks, and work with a Project Manager to identify work scope, project budget, and resource requirements.
Experience with advanced technology industry projects preferred such as education, K-12, higher education, SCA & public work Work with Revit BIM models and related design documentation.

Qualifications:
3-8 years of experience Bachelors in architecture degree.
Registered Architect (RA) licensure required.
Proficiency using 3D Revit BIM, and/or other CAD software.
MS Office Suite applications (e.
g.
, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project schedule application.
Candidates should have strong written and oral communications skills, and ability to work well in collaborative team environment.
Successful candidate must have knowledgeable in education, K-12, higher education, SCA & public work.
Knowledge of building systems, technology, and detailing.
Full-time or part time available.
