Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Technical Sourcing Integration (TSI) is responsible for the enablement of sourcing for the Drug Product Development (DPD) organization through leadership and execution of DPD's sourcing strategy, contract facilitation, and supplier management.
The Technical Sourcing Integration Senior Manager is a leader and key member of a dynamic, scientifically driven team dedicated to the integration of innovation and technology in the development of drug products.
This position bridges between DPD scientists and internal stakeholders such as Legal, External Partner Management (EPM), Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P), and Finance to ensure that the organization's technical needs across all modalities are effectively supported externally.
The technical areas supported include development of small molecules and biologics, combination products and devices, materials science, engineering technologies, drug delivery, and strategic innovation.
The position supports the DPD book of work as well as innovation activities and research collaborations with academic institutions.
