FULL-TIME HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATORTownship of Warren is seeking a Human Resources Generalist. Candidate will be responsible for various aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, performance appraisal system, job description development, ensuring compliance with State and Federal Labor Law requirements, employee relations, and ensuring that employees follow all policies and procedures. This position will act as the main point of contact for employee queries on HR-related topics.Must have a BA in Human Resources, Public Administration, Psychology or similar course of study or experience. Must have specialized training in Human Resources Management with SHRM Certification preferred and a minimum of 3 years' of Human Resources experience. Candidate must have good written and oral skills and must be an organized self-starter who will create a positive work environment and be willing to engage employees.Salary range $80,000 - $85,000 per year. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
