We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450
clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering. Fulltime/Direct Hire- Director of Business Development Location:
Warren, MI (Tank Automotive Command) Based in that office working with the government there, fulltime ONSITE, no remote offered Salary Range:
$170k-$180k No Car allowance, hire will be required to be located near TACOM and will only have local travel. For long distances, mileage will be reimbursed, or rental car will be provided. Travel will be covered by client. Relocation- possible but employee needs to have experience with TACOM so tends to already be local. Required:
Must be high level in Army previously, Lt. Con/Major TACOM experience is required. Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience, 5 years in management. Employee will not have direct reports but will work with an integrated team from end to end. PPBS- military budgeting process AAC- Army Acquisition Core Preferred/Plus Skills

The Director of Business Development will provide significant input and direction for key strategic questions for . Serving as a strategic thought leader, leading critical strategic projects, and influencing leaders around the company. This role has meaningful impact on 's future performance. YOUR IMPACT
Leads critical projects and initiatives to address key strategic questions or issues for the company.
Develops project scope and plan for key strategic projects and initiatives, including deliverables, milestones, and timing.
Organize and guide a cross-functional team of leaders.
Develops, coordinates and implements business strategies to align with the company's objectives to drive growth and profitability.
Designs and leads analysis efforts to identify simplification opportunities and quantify potential impact with support of various functions.
Develops recommendations and drives execution of recommendations for areas of opportunity across the business.
Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve results. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business development or a related field.
Ten (10) or more years of related experience OR Seven (7) or more years of related consulting experience.
Five (5) or more years of management experience.
Ability to travel up to 10%. STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Military experience in Army or Defense Acquisitions
Military tour at TACOM
Master's degree in the field or in a related area; MBA preferred.
Fifteen (15) or more years of experience.
Experience with complexity reduction concepts.
Thought leadership, change management, and project management experience.
Ability to influence change and build relationships with other business leaders.
Ability to conduct executive level presentations and facilitate group discussions to tackle complex problems.
