Work directly with client and business stakeholders to analyze business processes to implement and improve software systems, articulate and architect recommended solutions, and perform technical delivery. Provide technical changes of legacy systems, including AS/400, and provide application support. Provide onsite/offshore delivery in order to execute technical delivery, mitigate technical risks, estimate project size, and provide project schedules and status reporting. Perform source and version control, testing, production turnover, technical specification development, system analysis and release management, meeting IT standards and best practices for various aspects of legacy system maintenance. Warren, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
Five (5) years of related information technology experience. Experience must include the following: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on AS/400; MS Office; MS Visio; Quality Center; IBM Rational development tools; iSeries programing skills including RPG III, IV, FREE, CL, CLLE; iSeries toolkit skills, including SQL, WRKQRY, SEU, RLU, VSS, and HAWKEYE; DB2/400; FTP DDM; SOA Concepts including CGI and REST-based
services
; and Change Management tool-turnover. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in
computer
engineering
, Electronic Engineering or directly related.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
