Provide solutions architecture for data applications including biometric systems and data analytics. Integrate application domains with global traffic managers. Provide technological leadership and responsibility for completion of programs and projects. Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and design solutions. Work with commercial organizations in defining, designing, and re-designing strategies. Create high and low level design documents. Evaluate and analyze tools and products that could benefit projects. Perform code reviews and provide coding standards, ensuring best practices in configuration management and continuous integration. Provide project status reports to management.
Job location: Warren, New Jersey and other unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
Two (2) years of related information technology experience. Experience must include the following: Demonstrated knowledge in object oriented design and analysis; Biometrics application design and development; Banking integration; Service oriented architecture; and Big data solutions including Hadoop and Hbase.
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Will also accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
