Responsibilities: 1. Ability to advise on implementation strategy, performance, tools, operations, release, deployment to the customers in the Enterprise Integration space
2. Ability to conduct systems requirement analysis
3. Ability to lead a team of global team of TIBCO and Java resources to implement a high availability, scalable TIBCO-based solution
4. Experience in handling pre-sales pursuits, Demos and POCs for potential new clients
5. Hands-on experience in deployment and configuration of production servers in clustered and HA environments
Required Skills: 1. More than 8 years of experience in Enterprise Integration implementations
2. TIBCO, Business Works, EMS, Core Java, J2EE, Oracle
