Analyze business requirements, develop content and lead development of Proposals, Statements of Work (SOW's), and define project requirements. Implement engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures of projects in accordance with methodology and best practices. Conduct business analysis and business planning, including gross margin, payroll cost, customer service, service logistics and alignment with client requirements and business environment. Assist in project delivery through disciplined program and project management processes. Define policies and processes to deliver quality results. Monitor overall delivery of projects through project dashboards. Provide visibility to project outcomes for client and stakeholders and assist in decision making. Negotiate scope, schedule, costs and budget and resources with internal and external stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and project status reports. Mitigate knowledge transfer risks, cultural risks, and customer expectation mismatch risks. Design business and technical solutions that meet customer's schedule. Proactively anticipate customer's needs and propose alternate solutions. Warren, NJ. Travel 35-40% to meet with clients to discuss current and future projects.
Two (2) years of related information technology experience. Experience must include the following: Demonstrated understanding of development environments, including Open Source, Java, .NET, XML, and SQL Server; R&D; Pre-Sales; Project building and management.
Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or directly related field. Will accept Bachelors degree plus five (5) years of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
