Responsible for performing computer systems analysis to deliver quality solutions to clients and following projects throughout the entire life cycle. Maintain, set up, and support all test environments for clients. Define project objectives, align project resources to achieve goals, and ensure deliverables, timelines and budgets are met. Gather necessary requirements. Provide leadership in analyzing functional requirements, procedures and problems. Assist with the development of master test plans. Collaborate with clients to develop test strategies, plans and plan implementation. Develop automation framework for the regression test suite. Coordinate with business partners, technical analysts and developers to identify and define test conditions to support test strategy. Develop, analyze and manage project schedules and appropriate project management documentation. Serve as subject matter expert for business partners throughout project lifecycle, to ensure project needs are addressed. Resolve issues and make changes to ensure successful delivery of projects. Execute and validate test cases for projects on a pre- and post-production basis to ensure all requirements are fulfilled. Coordinate testing of enhancements and develop smoke test scripts. Review test activity work product on all levels of projects. Coordinate with on-site and off-shore teams. Set standards and establish clearly defined quality processes for team members. Warren, NJ and various unanticipated client sites throughout the United States. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
Two (2) years of information technology experience. Experience must include the following: testing tools, including SOAP-UI, and QTP; test management tools, including Quality Centre (ALM) and JIRA; defect tracking tools, including JIRA, Clear Quest, and BugZilla; and database connecting tools, including PL/SQL and SQL. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Information Technology, or a related field. Will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) plus five (5) years of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
