Responsibilities:
oUnderstanding Operational Risk Management business requirements and translating them to specific software programs and applications for automated reporting.
oMaking sure that the solution recommended is viable and competitive.
oDocumenting and analyzing the required information and data
oUnderstanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.
oEvaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.
oEffectively communicating with internal teams and IT vendors to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
oVery strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of end users needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
oActing as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams
Qualifications:
oSkills in database query design and reporting and Excel
oEffective project management skills with solid mathematical aptitude
oAbility to analyze and document complex business processes
oShould be a creative problem solver
oAbility to gather and interpret relevant data and information
oBachelor's degree in the field of Information Systems or a Business degree with strong SQL programming knowledge and experience.
oExperience in using standard report writing software applications.
oIntermediate/Advanced Excel skills - Pivot Tables/Power PivotEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
