Tech Lead for working on software application development and support
Key
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for design, programming, deployment, testing and maintenance of one or more applications using HTML5 /Javascript/JQuery/C# /Web Services/T-SQL technologies.
o Ability to reference and understand system and application documentation without assistance from others
o Participate in application design sessions and provide valuable insights to other team members.
o Use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of complex problems in creative and effective ways.
o Work with business analysts, offshore developers and engineering/DBA team to coordinate and execute complex projects.

Knowledge/
Experience:

Technical Skills:
o .NET, C#, WCF, ASP.Net, Web Services, HTML / DHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, XML, JSON, HTML5 , Bootstrap, CSS3
o SQL Server Database 2008/2012
o Team Foundation Server/ALM
o Deep understanding of HTTP protocol
o Javascript framework Dojo, Angular or Knockout Optional
o Reverse Proxy Architecture
Qualifications:
o Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering
o Minimum 6 years of experience in Application software development
o MCSD or equivalent Certifications will be a plus

o Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with diverse audiences.
o Strong written/verbal communication
o Strong Problem Solving and Analytics
o Possess the ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines.
