Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst will partner closely with the Sr. Director, HR Operations to analyze, design, and administer the organization's compensation programs across all lines of business. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced collaborative environment, enjoys working on multiple projects, and establishing processes that improve the manager and employee experience. The position will report directly to the Sr, Director, HR Operations. Responsibilities Partners with the HR leaders to establish and communicated organizations' compensation philosophy Conducts market pricing analysis for new and existing positions. Prepares and presents summaries of job and compensation analysis. Responsible for maintaining & evaluating Firm's job and market pricing software Assists in developing and implementing a market competitive salary range and bonus structure Assists in administering the annual merit review cycle process including but not limited to budgeting, planning, approvals, and payouts HRIS system architecture support (weightings, ranges, annual and ad hoc adjustments in accordance with performance review cycles Collaborate with HRBP's and HR Generalists on employee compensation actions involved with transfers, promotions and new hires as applicable Serves as the subject matter expert in determining FLSA classifications for new and existing positions, escalating difficult or controversial positions for additional review and decisioning by the Sr. Director, HR Operations Assists the Sr. Director HR Ops and HRBPs in the review and mapping of employees to appropriate job families, and job/billing codes May lead or assist with large scale projects to evaluate and ensure wage and hour compliance, including but not limited to PTO policy, exemption status for IC roles, and minimum wage Coordinates with Bohler's internal Communications team for all program messaging Creates and documents key compensation processes Stays current with all federal, state and local DOL laws and regulations Responds to ad-hoc reporting requests as needed Qualifications Strong knowledge of compensation best practices. Strong project management - ability to develop project plans and timelines, and execute against the plan on time and to meet project goals Strong interpersonal communications - ability to communicate effectively across multiple key stakeholders, including internal shared services groups and vendors Very collaborative Organizational resourcefulness - ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast paced and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills High accountability - own outcomes and drive high quality results Strong analytical skills - with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights, recommendations, and action plans Must be able to maintain sensitive data in a highly confidential manner Advanced aptitude for market research, analysis and data management Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related discipline Either achieved CCP designation or actively working towards Minimum of 5 years working in a Human Resources role with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a compensation role managing BOTH merit and short-term incentive (Bonus) compensation in a pay-for-performance environment Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Index/Match, pivot tables, lookups, etc.) Proficiency in PPT, Word, and survey applications
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
